The resort features three beautiful Tuscan villas : the main building, Villa Tavolese, built by the people of Marcialla as the home of the local school, Villa Luisa, home of a publisher who lived there for several years and Villa Iris.

The refurbishment of Villa Tavolese and Villa Luisa was carried out in 1997 and in 1998 and Villa Iris in 2001 to the tightest specifications required by the modern traveller.
